Cioppino - 裡面有蔬菜 bay leaf, celery, garlic, onion, parsley, red pepper flakes, thyme, tomato, 海鮮 anchovy, cod, shrimp, scallop; mussel (找不到所以沒加) 還有 dry white wine 最後配crusty bread.  個人認為海鮮可以加其他 crab, lobster, oyster.
這星期感冒好幾天, 正逢期末.  很嘔, 發脾氣.  同學親自下廚煮海鮮湯, 好吃又營養~  第一次聽到 anchovies, 查了一下原來鯷魚, 不知跟台灣的鹹魚罐頭一樣嗎?
 
Step 1: In a large pot over moderate heat combine olive oil, crushed pepper, anchovies, garlic, and bay leaf.  Let anchovies melt into oil.
 
Step 2: Chop celery and onion and add to the pot.  Saute vegetables for a few minutes and add wine.
 
Step 3: Reduce wine a minute, then add chicken stock, tomatoes, thyme, and parsley.  Bring sauce to a bubble and reduce heat to medium low.
 
Step 4: Season fish chunks with salt and pepper.  Add fish and simmer 5 minutes, giving the pot a shake. Do not stir your soup with a spoon after the addition of fish.
 
Step 5: Add shrimp, scallops, and mussels and cover pot.  Cook 10 minutes, giving the pot a good shake now and again.
